Our succulent plants are intended for indoor use. They generally require at least 6 hours of bright indirect sunlight a day. We do not recommend that our plants be kept outdoors.
Succulents don’t need much help to grow. Use a standard houseplant fertilizer that has been diluted by half during the spring and summer. In the winter, these plants are fairly dormant and do not need any food.
Tip: Use fertilizer sparingly, 3-4 times a year, for a healthy plant.
Immediately remove the plants from the box and gently brush any loose soil from the leaves. The plants are shipped in moist soil and do not need to be watered right away. Water only once the soil is completely dry.
Water your succulent plants when the soil is completely dry (approximately every other week, or once a month in the winter). When watering, ensure that the leaves do not get wet. We recommend using a watering can with a long spout to water the soil directly. Avoid getting leaves wet since it can cause the plants to rot. It also helps to water your plants in the morning. Daylight will help dry out the plants if they get wet.
