Outstanding! We purchased this coastal themed wreath for family living in Florida. They were so thrilled with it! It arrived in very fresh condition and was so fragrant! The tiny battery lights we added to the gift really added sparkle too!
Not so great. I was given this identical wreath as a Christmas present in 2018 from my cousin. It was a PEO fundraiser. The wreath was pristine. I was proud to have it hanging on my front door and it smelled so good. This year I decided to purchase myself, but two this time since I have double doors. It was again a PEO fundraiser. October 2, 2019 i placed the order and expected the wreaths at the beginning of December as last year. The wreaths didn't show up until December 12, which I didn't make me happy. Pretty much half the holiday season was over by then. When I opened box number one the wreath had lost a blue ball, but I was able to glue it back on. When I opened box number 2 an entire cluster of blue balls was missing and not even in the box so I could blue them back on. So I called Lynch Creek customer service. I asked them to mail me a cluster of blue balls. I was willing to send photos of the wreaths showing the missing cluster. They told me that was not possible, but would give me a $10.00 store credit. I didn't want a credit I the cluster of blue balls. It was very obvious that they are missing since I have two wreaths that are suppose to be the same. When I explained how unhappy I was with the wreaths and their late arrival this year I told them I probably would not order from them again so a store credit was useless to me. That is when they offered me a $20.00 refund. That was fine, but still all I wanted was the cluster of blue balls. Its now not even a month that I have had them hanging on my front doors. They are already brown and **** and I am ready to take them down. I am so disappointed. Perhaps they have become very popular, can't handle the volume and have really let their quality go. I will really think twice about ordering again because they are not cheap wreaths and if I end up with what I got this year then shame on me.
Hi Martha, We are truly sorry your wreath arrived missing a cluster of blue balls and we understand how disappointing it is to receive something that is not absolutely perfect. It looks like our Customer Service Manager spoke with you on the phone and issued a $20 refund. We're also sorry the pine in the wreath turned brown after a month. This can happen if the evergreens are in direct sunlight or a warm location. Since the noble fir looked fresh, you could pull the pine out so the rest of the wreath looks beautiful and you can keep enjoying them. If this happens in the future, please let our customer service team know about the browning greens so we can help. We really hope to have you back with us in the future so we can do better for you next time! Your feedback is very important to us so thank you so much for the input.
I just received this wreath from my friends in New Jersey. This is Just what I needed to lift my spirits here in Florida at a time of year when I miss family and friends up North. The wreath is the most fragrant and beautiful I’ve ever received! It’s the spirit and smell of Christmas with a seaside twist!
I purchase a wreath for my Mom every year. This is the first time from Lynch Creek Farms. She said it is the prettiest one she has received to date. She loved all the beachy details. I appreciated the free shipping.
