Lynch Creek Farm warrants that goods shipped will conform to the order terms accepted by Lynch Creek Farm and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Purchaser's sole remedy in the event of warranty claim shall be either the recovery of the purchase price of the defective product or a substitution of a conforming product, at Lynch Creek Farm's option. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Lynch Creek Farm shall in no event have any liability for defects in or damage to products in or in connection with which Lynch Creek Farm products are used, down time of any machines or equipment, production delay or stoppages, shipping delays or cancellations, loss of business or profits or any incidental or consequential damages or losses, what so ever. This section sets forth the only warranty applicable to the goods purchased herein: and no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability of fitness shall apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser. Written notice of any claim for defective or product shortage shall be delivered by purchaser to Lynch Creek Farm within 7 days of receipt of order. In the absence of such notice, purchaser will be deemed to have waived all such claims.

If the product you received has a broken part or otherwise damaged, contact our Customer Service Team by email here, or give us a call at 1-888-426-0781. We will work with each customer to find an appropriate resolution.

Retail orders can be changed or canceled prior to shipment if we receive notice BEFORE we have generated a tracking number for the shipment. Tracking tends to be generated 2-3 days before the scheduled Ship Out Date. However, tracking can be generated up to 5 days before the scheduled Ship Out Date during the busy season. Once tracking is generated, the order cannot be changed or canceled.


May be returned for any reason within (10) days of receipt of order provided the items are returned undamaged with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have received a defective product, contact Lynch Creek Farm immediately. Upon return of the defective product, we will replace that product or refund your purchase price at Lynch Creek Farm's option. Prior approval for returns must be first obtained from us. Credit will not be issued without return authorization.


We use a combination of carriers and shipping methods to ensure delivery of our products. Standard ground shipping and expedited options are available. Transit times are not guaranteed.

Insurance against loss, damage, or rifling is included at no extra cost up to $100. Time-in-transit notes: On the Thanksgiving holiday, there is no time in transit movement for any packages.

USPS Priority mail is sometimes available for an additional charge. Average transit times 2-3 business days. USPS does not guarantee this transit time. Delivery confirmation will be used which offers limited tracking. USPS does not provide insurance against loss, damage, or rifling. Insurance can be provided at customer option if indicated on order. Current USPS insurance premiums will be in addition to shipping charges.
