Track Your Order

If you Checked Out as a Guest

  1. Find your Shipping Confirmation email or text

    Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or text that includes a tracking number. If you entered your email address during the order checkout process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you entered your mobile phone number during the order checkout process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation text.

  2. Find your tracking number

    Your Shipping Confirmation email or text will contain your Shipping Tracking Number as well as a link to “Track Your Shipment”.

  3. Go to the Shipping Carrier's website

    Track your order by clicking on the “Track Your Shipment” link in your email/text. It will direct you to the carrier's website and to your tracking information. You can also visit www.ups.com/track or https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html and enter your tracking number on the site.

If you Checked Out from your Account

  1. Log in to your account

    From the website, log in to your account by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner.

  2. View your order list

    Once you are logged into your account, you will see your Order History that includes all of the orders you have placed with us. Select the order you would like to check on.

  3. Find your order’s status

    In the order, click on the “Track Your Shipment” link. It will direct you to the carrier's website and your tracking information.

  4. Track your order from the Shipping Confirmation email or text

    You can also track your order by clicking the “Track Your Shipment” link in the Shipping Confirmation email or text that was sent to you. It will direct you to the carrier's website and to your tracking information. You can also visit www.ups.com/track or https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html and enter your tracking number on the site.
