United StatesOrdered Northern Lights for my family in Oregon for the dinner table. The centerpiece was delivered without the White Lantern. Instead it was delivered with just a center candle with a note that they ran out of the lantern and put a cheap string of lights in the plant. As the buyer, I should have been notified since I was the one paying for the centerpiece. I then should have been the one to determine if the substitution was acceptable. The lantern was a big part of my decision in this purchase. I have reach out via email with no response. This has not been my only purchase but most likely be my last.

United StatesOrdered this for my own home. Was received in a timely manner and lasted throughout the Holidays. The greens were fresh and fragrant, and the design was a nice change from traditional table arrangements. Does require regular water and misting, as do all live greens and in return you get the fragrance of a forest! Was very happy with this arrangement and have always had good experiences with Lynch Creek Farms.
