The Pacific Northwest famous smoked coho salmon is wild-caught and lightly brined with a family recipe and then gently cold-smoked, providing a hint of molasses and a luscious texture. The Pacific wild octopus is carefully hand packed with a touch of salt and olive oil resulting in exquisite flavor. Harvested from local family farms in Willapa Bay, the lemon pepper smoked oysters are gently steamed, brined, and hot-smoked with maple wood chips before a touch of lemon and fresh cracked pepper are added for oysters that are flavored to perfection! This special collection of seafood is beautifully packaged and will be incredibly appreciated by anyone who enjoys healthy, fresh, sustainably sourced seafood of the highest-quality from a family owned and operated farm.
