The Pacific wild octopus is carefully hand packed with a touch of salt and olive oil resulting in exquisite flavor. Harvested from local family farms in Willapa Bay, the lemon pepper smoked oysters are gently steamed, brined, and hot-smoked with maple wood chips before a touch of lemon and fresh cracked pepper are added for oysters that are flavored to perfection!
